Our Church
Every Tuesday from 19.00 - 20.30 in the parish room
Meeting each week at St Patrick’s Church for prayer and discussion. The Legion of Mary is a group focused on glorifying God through growing in holiness. This is developed by prayer and active cooperation in the work of the Church and the intentions of Our Blessed Mother, Mary. The Legion of Mary visits the households of everyone in the parish and invites them to our church.
We are committed to going out into the streets of Soho and bringing the love of Jesus Christ directly to people. Our street missionaries venture beyond the walls of the church to bring warmth and invitation to those they encounter, an activity which they pray to the Holy Spirit for guidance in. They listen intently to those that they meet and share the beauty of the Gospel both through their witness and their words. Occasionally, they will be able to invite someone to the church to pray with them. At other times they may meet someone who would like to become involved in the outreach projects of the church, a route by which many have been brought to know Christ and His Church.
