EXCITING NEWS!
Exciting news from the Appeal is that we have now have just over £1,000,000 in the bank! This has come from a large number of donations from individuals giving for a number of reasons; some were baptised or married here, have a family connection to the parish, have given in memory of a loved one, are parishioners here, and others have given while just passing by or dropping in during their lunch hour. We would not have got this far without you, many thanks to you all!

Despite reaching this important milestone, we still have a very long way to go and need an additional £2 million before we can responsibly start the work. Please remember us during this season of giving and spread the word to all your family and friends. We are making great progress on our plans for the building works. Fr. Alexander now has the support of an architect, Javier Castanon, who has been doing splendid work over the last two months in preparing a feasibility study and updated design plans for the building. It is anticipated that St. Patrick’s will present the project to the Diocese in the new year and, depending on their approval, works are still set on starting later in the year. Please keep this in your prayers and we will update you in 2008!
